Lanstreasures, LLC dba LT Auction House requires valid registration prior to bidding including accurate name, address, email and phone number as well as valid credit card information. Please update your information prior to bidding. By registering on the LT Auction House site, you are entering into an agreement between You as the User and Lanstreasures, LLC/LT Auction House. By using the auction site you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You agree that Lanstreasures, LLC/LT Auction House is available by telephone, email and text prior to bidding for questions regarding items up for bid. You also agree and understand that the items up for bid are not owned by Lanstreasures, LLC/LT Auction House and that they are not the sellers of the items up for bid.
BID INCREMENTS: for each auction are as follows.
$1.00 increments up to $25.00
$5.00 increments up to $100.00
$10.00 increments up to $250.00
$25.00 increments up to $500.00
$50.00 increments up to $1000.00
$100.00 increments up to $5,000.00
$250.00 increments up to $10,000.00
PAYMENT: We accept cash, debit and credit cards. We do not accepts personal or business checks. Payment is required online when invoiced or in person at pick up as stated in individual auction listing.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: If you are placing a bid on the LT Auction House site, you agree to pay a 10% Buyer’s Premium and all applicable sales tax. There is a 3% reduction in the Buyer’s Premium for those paying in cash at time of pickup.
SALES TAX: Sales tax is collected for auctions held on Lanstreasures, LLC/LT Auctions House property. If you are tax exempt, Your Tax Exempt Form and Tax Exempt ID must be turned in prior to payment.
RESPONSIBLE BIDDING: Bid retractions will not be honored once lots begin to close. Please check the item you are bidding on to make sure it is the correct item. Verify the amount you are bidding is in fact the amount you are willing to pay. Lanstreasures, LLC/LT Auction House describes and photographs each item with great detail and questions are to be asked prior to bidding. The “Max Bid” function allows your maximum bid to be entered and automatically bids on your behalf without disclosing or making your maximum bid visible to other bidders. Please bid responsibly.
BIDDING PROCESS: Auction lots close 1 or 2 items at a time depending on the size of the auction. If a bid is received in the last two minutes of the auction, the closing time is extended to give bidders additional time to bid. Please take this in consideration when placing your bid.
PICK UP OF ASSETS: This is an online auction. Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up your assets at the time stated in the auction information. We do our best to help with the pick up process. Items are already pulled and ready when you arrive with the exception of large items and furniture. It is the winning bidders responsibility to pick up and move the items you have won. Buyers may be required to provide ID at pick up. Please inspect items prior to leaving the location. Once you leave the pick up location, no refunds can be processed.
If items are not picked up at the designated time and place, the credit card on file will be charged and the full 10% buyer’s premium will be applied. Items will be held for 2 week after payment. If items are still not picked up, items are considered abandoned and then disposed of at the discretion of Lanstreasures, LLC/LT Auction House.
If payment is not made or credit card is invalid, or communication has not been made by designated pick up time, items are forfeited and disposed of at the discretion of Lanstreasures, LLC and LT Auction House.
SHIPPING: Some items are offered for shipping. Please read descriptions carefully and if an item is able to be shipped, a “yes” will appear for shipping. Items to be shipped must be paid for by the end of pick up time or they are forfeited.
WARRANTY OF ITEMS SOLD: Items are sold “as is, where is” with no warranty expressed or implied. Please bid responsibly and read all item descriptions and view all photos. If you have questions, ask BEFORE you bid. We can be reached by email, text and phone. All items are described to the best of our knowledge. Not all items are tested and will state in the description whether item is tested or not. Please take that into consideration when bidding.
BUYER: Agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lanstreasures LLC/ LT Auction House, its owners, affiliates, clients, and employees, liable for accidents, injuries, theft or incidents damage or losses related to this purchase. Lanstreasures, LLC/LT Auction House is not responsible for misuse of items.
